Available Services:

1 Balance Inquiry Give a missed call on 9212005550. The call will disconnect automatically and an SMS containing the account balance will be sent to the registered mobile number.
2 Last 5 Transactions Available through IVR (Call Centre) Service. Follow the IVR menu options to receive details of your last 5 account transactions.
3 Fate of Cheque Available through IVR (Call Centre) Service. Follow the IVR menu options to know the status/fate of your cheque.
Charge Type Charges
SMS Charges (All Accounts) 20 paise per transaction, charged after end of quarter rounded off to nearest rupee. (plus GST)
*w.e.f. Q1- FY 2023-24 for all eligible transactions.
  • The SMS Banking facility is available for all the Customers of the Bank. Contact the Branch for registration and activation of the facility.
  • In case you wish to de-register for the SMS alert facility, please visit your nearest TJSB Bank Branch.
  • Please note: You will not receive SMS alerts, once you de-activate the SMS Alert facility.
  • If you change your cell phone number please fill up the form & send it to the respective branch with proof.
